Tenkara fishing originates in Japan has become quite popular here in the United States. Our Shorty Zoom Tenkara rod is a rod that extends to 7' OR 8' with 6 telescoping sections. This Tenkara zoom fly fishing rod is finished in a matte black color and weighs only 2.0 ounces and when all the sections are stored in the butt section, the total length of the rod is only 19 3/4". This zoom Tenkara fly rod will come in a storage case that is 22" long.
