Welcome to the Fly Fishing Insider Podcast website, located at ffipodcast.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Bacasa Industries, LLC (“Fly Fishing Insider Podcast,” “FFIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any content, products, services, guide and lodge directory listings, articles, and communications we make available. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, subscribing to our email list, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The Site offers fly fishing gear, apparel, and accessories, some of which are fulfilled directly by us and others through third-party suppliers and partners (including via Shopify Collective and similar arrangements). We work to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and availability, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information, limit order quantities, and cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including after an order has been submitted. Shipping timelines and carrier performance for third-party-fulfilled products depend in part on our suppliers.

Order fulfillment, shipping, and return terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Guides, Lodges & Travel Referrals

The Site may feature independent fishing guides, lodges, outfitters, and FFIP Certified™ partners, along with travel booking referrals (including through Frontiers Travel). These listings are provided for informational purposes based on our editorial review and, where noted, paid advertising or certification relationships. We do not own, operate, employ, or control these third-party businesses, and we do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or outcome of any guided trip, lodging stay, or travel service booked through a referral on the Site. Any transaction you enter into with a guide, lodge, outfitter, or travel provider is solely between you and that business, subject to its own terms and policies.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at christian@flyfishinginsiderpodcast.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the operation or security of the Site; (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; or (e) submit false, misleading, or infringing content through reviews, comments, or forms.

You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Third-party trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, including affiliate and sponsor links from which we may earn a commission. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

9. Email Communications

By providing your email address and subscribing to our newsletter, list, or checkout process, you consent to receive marketing emails from us, including new content, product recommendations, promotions, and updates about the Fly Fishing Insider Podcast. We will never sell your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bacasa Industries, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
