Tip
Tip: Keep track of where the fly is during the swing
How to do it: Monitor fly position throughout the swing, rather than fishing blind
Mistake it fixes: Losing track of fly position during the swing
Why it works: Knowing fly position allows depth and speed adjustments. Blind swinging wastes presentations.
When it matters most: Steelhead, swung flies
