As a general rule, bucket-list international lodges with limited weekly capacity (like Kau Tapen in Argentina) book out furthest — sometimes six to twelve months ahead for peak season. Shorter domestic trips can often come together on much less notice. When your dates start to firm up, reach out — your Frontiers specialist will tell you exactly what's still available.
